Q : How should I track my parcel?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via your registered email. You will be able to trace your parcel on our courier service's website with the tracking number provided. Please note that there will be no live status update from BASH while we are waiting for your backorder items to arrive. It is normal to not hear from us throughout the waiting period so do not worry!

 

Q : Why is my order status still "pending" when I have paid?

It will take 3- 4 working days for us to update your payment status on our back end system. However, we check our payments daily so as long as you have made payment and sent to us via whatsapp or email, we will receive it and process your order accordingly!

 

Q : Do I have to send a receipt after payment ? 

If you have paid directly via our website, no extra receipt or screenshot of your payment is needed. It will be automatically linked to our back end system. However, if you selected manual cash deposit / online transfer or if your transaction failed, you will need to make a separate payment to our Maybank account ( BASH APPAREL SDN. BHD. 512232050062 ). Please send in your receipt or proof of payment if you made the payment separately.

 

Q : I need the clothes within 3 - 4 weeks, can it arrive in time?

If you order consists of only ready stock items, definitely! We will ship it within 1 - 3 working days. However, if you purchase something on backorder, we do not guarantee that it will arrive within 3 - 4 weeks as there could be unforeseen delay from our supplier or courier service that cannot be prevented. So if you are rushing, go for ready stocks!

 

Q : I can't fit into the clothes, can I exchange?

Unfortunately, there is currently no refund or return policy on wrong sizing. 

 

Q : I purchased a BACKORDER item and selected self pick up, how does it work?

For all BACKORDERS, payment will need to be made within 3 working days including for self pick up orders. This is to ensure that there is no backing out of orders within the 3 - 4 weeks (~14 working days) waiting period. Once the backorder item arrives, you will be notified to pick up ( you may email us to check for quicker response!) and no payment will be required upon your collection. 

 

Q : Will you restock the sold out items?

If there is no BACKORDER opened for the product, chances are we will not be able to restock it at the moment. It could be an exclusive piece which we had limited pieces.

 

Q. How do purchase my order on the site?


To order your purchase :-

  1. Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
  2. Click “Continue Shopping” to continue add other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed your payment for the products.
  3. You'll reach a log in page where you need to log in your account using your Username and Password. If you don't have an account created yet, you need to register an account before you proceed your payment.
  4. You'll need to confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click “next” button.
  5. From here, you need to select your shipping methods and click “next” button.
  6. Next you'll need to choose your payment method then click “next” button.
  7. After the steps before this have been done, You need to reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and condition.
  8. Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.


Q. What are the payment methods available?

Bash offers various kind of Payment Methods as shown below :-

Kindly take a photo of the receipt or send us a screenshot via our email address at [email protected] or whatsapp us at +601116308727 so we can process your order. You can even manually upload a photo of the receipt on our site under  " Receipt upload" if you wish to. 

Note : No delivery will be made without a proof of payment as confirmation of order. 


Q. How to change my account personal information and shipping address?

  • Log-in your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and Shipping address here.


Q. I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?

  1. Click on “Lost Password?” and fill your email that used to register the account in the box.
  2. Click Submit.
  3. A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.
