We process orders as quickly as possible, so changes or cancellations may not always be possible. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible via Whatsapp +6011-1630-8727 with your order number and we'll do our best to help.

If there is no backorder opened for the product for an extended amount of time, chances are we will not be able to restock it at the moment. It could be an exclusive piece which we had limited pieces.

Backorders refer to products that has already been released, but the current stock has sold out. You are ordering from the next incoming batch which takes about 3-4 weeks to arrive. Please note that there may be unforeseen delay due to circumstances so please place an order only if you are comfortable with the waiting time.

We currently ship within Malaysia and Singapore. For international orders, please contact us and we'll be happy to check available shipping options for your destination.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days before being handed over to our courier. Delivery time will depend on your location and courier service.

Please allow a little extra time during sale periods, launches and peak seasons.

If your parcel is taking longer than expected, please check your tracking information sent via email first. If there has been no movement for an extended period, contact us with your order number and we'll help you follow up with the courier.

Fit can vary slightly between styles. We recommend checking the measurements provided on each individual product page rather than choosing your usual size automatically.

Colours can appear slightly different depending on lighting, screen settings and photography conditions. We do our best to represent each colour as accurately as possible.
