We hope you love your Bash piece as much as we do. ♡
To keep things simple, please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind. However, we're happy to assist if you receive a defective item or an incorrect order, and we also offer size exchanges for eligible items.

We only accept size exchanges. Exchanges for a different design, colour or style are not allowed. • Exchanges are only applicable to items that are available in multiple sizes. One-size items are not eligible for exchange. • Exchanges are only possible if your preferred size is available at the time of exchange. • If your preferred size is unavailable, we are unable to offer an alternative design or item in exchange • Shipping costs will be borne by customer. |
Defect |
Return can only be done if there is any major defect of item(s) or a wrong order has been delivered. *Shipping costs will be borne by Bash (up to standard rate of RM8). |

Eligible Period |
Any exchange or refund request must be made within 5 days from the date your tracking number shows that the order has been delivered. If it exceeds 5 days, Bash reserves the right to reject the exchange or refund request. |

How to apply for return or refund :
1. Send a photo of the defected item / wrong item to our Whatsapp : +601116308727 with the title "REFUND / RETURN - Order #XXXX" ( please provide your order number for quicker response!)
2. Wait for a reply.
3. Return your item via courier service or drop it off at our HQ @ 10 BOULEVARD, PETALING JAYA.
4. Receive your refunds via store credit.
